La Maison de l'Immo is a local agency. After 15 years as a real estate agent in Thonon-les-Bains and the Chablais region, its founder, Anne Gobel-Vernet, has put all her expertise and knowledge of the market to good use to create a local estate agency offering a comprehensive service tailored to current market trends.

Our estate agency concept was born out of a simple observation: we live at 100 miles an hour, with ever-increasing demands on our time and a quest for performance at all costs. Yet changing where we live is an upheaval, a stressful event, whether we're working with a family to manage, retired with a whole life to move, or a first-time buyer lost in the buying process. Our aim is to support each and every one of our customers throughout the buying process, providing them with professional, sound advice and tailored, local support before, during and after the purchase. We see ourselves as craftsmen, building relationships based on trust and respect. We're hands-on, contact-oriented people, and our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
