The expertise of a real estate agency at the service of your projects

A property project is a life project. Buying or selling a house or flat means a change, a departure, sometimes an upheaval for the whole family. At times like these, when emotions are running high and you need to be able to choose with both your heart and your head, you need to feel confident.

Our real estate agency's primary commitment is to serve and listen to our customers, whether sellers or buyers, to establish a relationship of trust and make our expertise the key to the success of your property project.

Our real estate agency is local, so we have a perfect local knowledge of the market in Thonon-les-Bains, the Vallée d'Abondance and the Chablais, which is essential for your projects and our quality of service.

Our team of professional and qualified estate agents is certified through a validation of each person's professional experience and a skills level certificate issued by the agency and an independent professional training organisation.

Each member signs the La Maison de L'Immo quality charter, committing them to respecting the established processes and adhering to the company's ethics.

We ensure that the team remains at the highest professional level by providing ongoing training.

Anne Gobel-Vernet

Founder of La Maison de L'Immo

An estate agent and team leader for 15 years in the same company in Thonon, and mother of two children, Anne Gobel felt the need to take on a new professional challenge.

" Setting up my own business gave me greater freedom and a way of acquiring new skills. I think our profession has changed a lot in recent years, particularly with the explosion in digital technology, which over-informs consumers and overwhelms them with offers. Today, to stand out from the crowd, I think we can no longer simply put a seller in touch with a buyer. We need to be able to offer our customers more.

Anne is a perfectionist. She is demanding of herself and her colleagues and loves a job well done. A go-getter with a passion for what she does, she never shies away from a challenge. Determined, but also a good listener, she also appreciates the human side of her job: advising and building a relationship of trust so that her customers are as satisfied as possible.

Léa Rothenburger

Executive assistant

After 5 years in commerce, and following the administrative responsibilities she was given, she felt the need to turn to the administrative field for professional fulfilment. That's how she discovered the job of executive assistant.

" J'I had the opportunity to conduct an interview with Anne, where I felt that I was in tune with her vision of the company, her career plans, her personality and her values. After leaving my job in Alsace with a national company, it was important for me to work with a team that shared the same vision of work. "

Caring, organised and rigorous, Léa will welcome you to the agency with a smile!

Régine Vuarand

Property negotiator

Régine joined the La Maison de L'Immo estate agency team at the beginning of December 2019, at the start of the adventure. Having worked in real estate since 2012, Régine has come to reinforce the team with her skills and expertise.

"I started out in Châtel in the Vallée d'Abondance, where I'm originally from. I love new challenges and I'm passionate about real estate, so I wanted to explore a different sector, which is why I joined La Maison de l'Immo.

It gives me great satisfaction to see my customers achieve their projects, and I appreciate the trust they place in me.

Being sporty and dynamic, I have a lot in common with real estate: you need perseverance, resilience and the ability to perform and not give up.

Passionate about the human side of the business, Régine is ready to move mountains to help customers realise their projects. Taking on this new challenge with such a caring team is an extra motivation for her.

Delphine Pépin

Property negotiator

After 7 years in sales, Delphine decided to broaden her skills to become a property negotiator.

"I discovered this profession through my investments in rental property. I immediately liked the opportunity to work over the long term, with people whom we're supporting in a life project, even when it's an investment. I met the team at La Maison de l'Immo during an internship to gain a better understanding of the business, and I really felt at home in the family atmosphere and the values of the agency.

Her experience in sales and retail has made Delphine an unrivalled negotiator, with a passion for human relations and a willingness to rise to any challenge.

Curious and attentive, she uses her good humour and taste for a challenge to help you with all your projects, especially the craziest ones!

Cécile Ingenbrand

Property negotiator

Cécile joined the La Maison de l'Immo team, and the Châtel branch in particular, in November 2024.

My first real estate experiences were in Chamonix, where I looked after seasonal and year-round rentals. I then moved into e-commerce, where I was in charge of quality management and improving the shopping experience for customers.
After 13 years, I felt a real urge to get back into real estate, a field I'm passionate about!

After meeting Anne, I got on really well with her straight away, and she made me really want to get back into property and try my luck as a property negotiator. It's the variety and the human relationships in this job that I really enjoy and that allow me to flourish. "

Always full of energy and never one to give up, Cécile loves taking on new challenges and seeing them through!
