Not only does Ch\u00e2tel boast a prized location, the village also offers numerous activities regardless of the season, as well as modern leisure and sports facilities.<\/p>\n

In the most sought-after neighbourhoods of Ch\u00e2tel, program prices can reach up to \u20ac12,000\/m\u00b2. Such prices can be found for instance in the Petit Ch\u00e2tel area<\/a>, which is the sunniest part of the resort. The village centre also attracts investors and buyers alike, due to its proximity with the shops, access to entertainment, and ski slopes.<\/p>\n

As for the market in Abondance<\/a> and La Chapelle d\u2019Abondance villages, the customer base is 80% second-home buyers and rental investment. The market is dynamic and focuses essentially on 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom properties, with traditional chalets being less on demand.<\/p>\n
