Thonon-les-Bains is but one step away from Ch\u00e2tel\u2026 Well, almost. More like 24.6 miles, and about a 45-minute drive. And from one town to the other, two completely different atmospheres. On the one hand, a coastal city at the edge of a lake so great one can barely see the other side. On the other, a mountain village renowned for its beautiful scenery, peaceful quiet, but most of all, for its access to one of the biggest ski areas in Europe, Les Portes du Soleil. Two real estate markets which, albeit geographically close, are vastly distinct in every other aspect. One real estate agency however, decided to step in and rise to the challenge: La maison de l\u2019immo is expanding its presence from Thonon-les-Bains to Ch\u00e2tel and even to the Abondance valley.
